What does that mean? If a customer had an issue in the past, or has discussed a situation unique to them, your agent can see that information. The agent can take that into account, ensuring a customer doesn’t have to repeat explanations every time they call and allowing your agents to be more proactive.

How to enable text messaging history in AgencyZoom for Ooma Office

  1. Step 1: The admin must head to the Ooma Office admin portal, go to Messaging and make sure SMS/MMS is activated.
  2. Step 2: In the Ooma Office Desktop App, go to Integrations, then AgencyZoom. Click the three-dot button and choose Customize from the drop-down menu. In the pop-up menu, check “Save text messages in AgencyZoom.”
  3. Step 3: That’s it! To view the history, head to the AgencyZoom portal, find the person you want to check and scroll down to the History section of the Activities tab. You’ll see all the details for each message saved as notes.

The text data will include the subject of the text, the body, the sender, the receiver’s phone number and the time. Any MMS messages sent will be saved as an attachment.

Availability: Text messaging history in AgencyZoom for Ooma Office is available now for Ooma Office Pro Plus customers.
