They still care....

My Ooma home dashboard says I've been with Ooma for my home service since Feb 2009, have have 'saved' $7891 during that time. The Ooma "hub" for VOIP calling was the best thing my brother in law ever told me about. Last week it started acting strangely - it still made/recevied calls and voice messages, but when you tried to listen to the voice mail on the "box" it gave an odd message about "main menu - press x to do xxx" and you couldn't listen to the messages (could still listen to them online, via the email message, etc.). It took a couple phone calls but the second level support got it over to "engineering" and called back this morning - "something" had been done overnight, but this morning it was acting normally, could hear the voice mails on the hub, etc. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEM CARING ABOUT SUCH AN OLD CUSTOMER AND FIXING THE PROBLEM RAPIDLY..... Thank you!!!

Glad to have my same old phone service back under OOMA

I liked that once OOMA was setup and then my old number was able to be moved over, I was delighted by how good it actually was. I would recommend it to my friends and family any day.

Divorced ATT after 30 years. Terrible Customer Service. We'll see how things go with Ooma.

Expertise and Patience

Ooma has given me the ability to re-use my old landline AT&T desk phone model which has comfortably serviced me for decades. Ooma also has worked with a prior povider to port my primary phone number and partnered with my current internet provider to diagnose an insufficient wireless internet configuration that was delivering a useless phone connection. I spoke with many Ooma representatives across multiple departments and every single one of them gave excellent EXPERTISE and PATIENCE guiding me through my unknown of newer wireless technology. Ooma accepts that everyone on Earth is not in this specific tech world of devices and protocols replacing that used in prior decades and stays focused on solving problems while being kind. Ooma brings kindness by demonstrating kindness. Ooma is a bright spot amid the nightly news madness infested elsewhere. Ooma is SO GOOD! SO GOOD! SO GOOD! Thank you, Ooma.

Ooma proving to be great

At first I was very skeptical as to how this wireless system would work. So far so good and I do like all the available services it provides.I have had this set up now for a couple of weeks and so far so good.
