Devices Tab

The devices tab shows the status of all your devices, making it easy to monitor call history, signal strength and backup battery status at-a-glance.

Accounts Tab

Enterprise customers managing multiple locations and IT consultants managing more than one client can see their full lists of locations and businesses and switch locations from the easy drop-down menu.

At both the account and the device level, you can see dashboards of your devices including battery levels and signal strength. These dashboards can be easily exported.

Easily add new accounts and set role-based permissions on both the account level and the device level.

Notifications Tab

Receive automated alerts for any Ooma AirDial device. You decide which type of notification (email or SMS text message) is generated for each event, and you can add multiple recipients for each notification type.

  • Calls Made From Specific Devices
  • Device In/Out of Service
  • Battery Activation

Users Tab

The Users tab shows all users by account and makes it easy to add a new user. You can even invite an outside contractor to remote manage devices and monitor systems – just enter their email address and assign a role – from viewing to administration.
