- Step 1: Create your Ooma Office account.
If you already have an account, please log in to the Ooma Office Manager to add new phones, or contact your administrator for assistance.
If you’re creating a new account, continue through the checkout process. Account creation is quick and takes about 10 minutes—just follow the on-screen steps during checkout.
- Step 2: Assign your phone.
Once your phone arrives, log in to your Ooma Office Manager to assign the phone to a user in just a few clicks.
- Step 3: Assemble and connect your phone.
Attach the stand, plug in the handset, and connect the phone to power and your Internet connection.
Once connected, the phone will automatically download a software update and configure itself for your account. When your name and extension number display, you're ready to make and receive calls.
