How do I enable or configure voicemail transcription?

You can enable voicemail transcription in Ooma Office Manager:

  1. Log in to Ooma Office Manager.
  2. Navigate to the Extensions tab.
  3. Select the desired user or virtual extension.
  4. Open Voicemail Settings.
  5. Enable Voicemail Transcription.
  6. Click Save.

IT admins can set defaults for their entire organization.
