The intial setup took a little time with customer service, but we had two lines so it was a little more complex. It has worked perfectly, including the AP once we got everything installed and the kinks worked out.

My Ooma home dashboard says I've been with Ooma for my home service since Feb 2009, have have 'saved' $7891 during that time. The Ooma "hub" for VOIP calling was the best thing my brother in law ever told me about. Last week it started acting strangely - it still made/recevied calls and voice messages, but when you tried to listen to the voice mail on the "box" it gave an odd message about "main menu - press x to do xxx" and you couldn't listen to the messages (could still listen to them online, via the email message, etc.). It took a couple phone calls but the second level support got it over to "engineering" and called back this morning - "something" had been done overnight, but this morning it was acting normally, could hear the voice mails on the hub, etc. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEM CARING ABOUT SUCH AN OLD CUSTOMER AND FIXING THE PROBLEM RAPIDLY..... Thank you!!!

I liked that once OOMA was setup and then my old number was able to be moved over, I was delighted by how good it actually was. I would recommend it to my friends and family any day.

Divorced ATT after 30 years. Terrible Customer Service. We'll see how things go with Ooma.
