- Step 2: Assign your phone.
Once your phone arrives, log in to your Ooma Office Manager to assign the phone to a user in just a few clicks.
- Step 3: Assemble and connect your phone.
Attach the stand, plug in the handset, and connect the phone to power and your Internet connection.
Once connected, the phone will automatically download a software update and configure itself for your account. When your name and extension number display, you're ready to make and receive calls.
